Meet The Crew

Rory - Director/ Senior Watersports Instructor
(Awaiting update)

Gregory - Manager/ Watersports Instructor
As the youngest of the Ellis sons, Greg grew up heavily influenced by watersports around Hayling Island and Chichester Harbour. With surfing as his main passion, he has enjoyed several years touring the world in search for that ‘perfect wave’ – though always happily returning to sunny Hayling! Qualified as a Hydrographic Surveyor, Greg’s other passions include history & hiking.

Neil - Senior SUP Instructor
Neil has been around watersports for many years including, wave surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing (badly!) and of course SUP to name but a few. He is keen to encourage as many people as possible safely into paddleboarding and is passionate about giving people the right introduction to the sport.
When not on a board, he can also be seen training for crazy things like Ultra Marathons, or riding his motorbike.

Chris - Director
Chris has been involved in watersports in one way, shape or form for many years, starting with river-rowing in pairs, fours and eights in Bristol and West Country. Subsequently Chris started dinghy and yacht sailing on the South Coast as well as establishing the first traditional rowing club on Chichester Harbour, at Langstone, 25 years ago. Chris was part of the winning crew for the first London to Paris rowing race and was also in the Solent Galley crew that holds the record for rowing around the IOW. Having also sailed in the iconic Fastnet Race, Chris now rows and sails for pleasure from Hayling Island (although he still may be tempted to race from time-to-time!). Chris is always keen to support others in their ambitions to get onto the water and to enhance their perspective and enjoyment of life on the waves.
