A low cost solution for upgrading old Laser hulls to a new outhaul and cunningham system. The angled base has the same mounting holes, and the wide angled fairlead and keeper gives this cleating system the same feel as the original one. With no moving parts this setup will outlast the cam cleats with the additional advantage that the keeper will not allow accidental cleating or releasing.
